Prestwick International Airport is approx 45 minutes away. Inverness Airport is 30 minutes away from our base in Speyside. By Rail. Again, just 20 minutes will see you at our Loch Lomond base and the start of your birding holiday. For our Speyside holidays, Aviemore is the best stop. Should you wish to take advantage of the free pick up and drop service, just let us know at the time of booking. By Car. From the south, it is motorway and dual carriageway all the way from London to Loch Lomondside. From the north and east, head for Loch Lomond and Helensburgh. For those wishing to take this option and travel on to visit friends, family or one of Scotland’s many attractions, detailed travel plans will be supplied on booking your break. Of course when you arrive, a member of the Wild Caledonia team will be there to greet you. When you are with us, your safety is of paramount importance.
